I don't know if the 9mm mags would feed .380, and I don't know what could be used to feed .32.
The appeal would be:
-Less recoil from lighter bullets and lighter carrier
-All bullets would be subsonic

I suspect .380 would feed just fine from a 9mm mag, for range toy purposes. I think the only mods necessary would be a shorter chamber, lighter buffer and spring than 9mm.
If the goal is subsonic velocities, in a short enough barrel (check bbti) 9mm 147’s are subsonic, even if not labeled as such.

I guess the only benefit would be less recoil, a little lighter, and it would be a little quieter suppressed. (Less powder/pressure)
An MPX would be a wiser path. AR ergonomics, no Blow back operation, no marriage to a weak cartridge.
