Aero Precision put up a vid of their mfg process. I thought it was cool to see how they make their lowers.

Here's one I like about Mega Arms:

Thanks for sharing, I have had really good success with AP.
Yeah that's awesome. I'm a total machining geek though. Wife thinks I'm crazy for watching 2 hours of youtube videos of some guy turning out parts on a lathe or a bridgeport mill. You learn a lot watching though :D
Rivals what I saw at DD's facility on a tour. Based on what we've heard of AP lowers, and seen in the vid, I believe M4C is going to have to put them on the GTG list. IIRC, IG believes they are good quality.
A new logo for them as well. Thanks for the link!
I like the new logo as well. They also put up a new website with what looks to be some new upper receiver configurations.

Those are some cool videos, guys! I really like the new Aero roll mark, it's a massive improvement over the old one.
I really like Mega lowers, too. Even though the billet uppers and lowers are a bit pricey, those monolithic uppers have been calling my name for a long time. Maybe in a 7.62N one day.:dirol:
Aero lowers are G2G. They are the OEM for many, many assemblers.
