Tannerite in OH?

So, I've not yet hit enough posts to start a General Discussion thread, so I'll try it here. My wife is pregnant with our first and I want to do a gender reveal involving some Tannerite and ground up chalk (pink or blue). I live in OH, and have a very good relationship with some guys that run an outdoor range. They'd let me do the "reveal" there, if it weren't for their range being on State Park Land. Anyone out there know of a place I might be able to pull this off? I'm not looking to load up 100lbs or do anything stupid to that effect. Just one small boom with some color. Private land would be great, but I don't know anyone that could help me out in that regard. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks!
