Is the Delta Point Pro still subject to the same issue as Trijicon RMR's in regards to when the led emitter gets wet in the rain, the dot becomes distorted as well as having multiple dots showing up? Or does the Delta Point Pro house the emitter using a different method?

If it holds up as durable I can see. The Deltapoint Pro doing well on rifles for $399.99 (price I've seen lately). On a pistol they are a very tall Red Dot and I still see the Trijicon RMR as the top of the heap. Not to mention the issues to battery life / auto on features not really working well for a CCW weapon use.

Alright so forgive me if this has been mentioned already in 50+ pages of thread.
I was using my LCO the other evening in conjunction with an NV monocular. I changed the battery in the LCO as a precaution and dropped the battery cap on the dark ground in the process. I eventually found the cap but it took me a minute.
Adding a tether to the cap would be a nice little upgrade.

I like the fov of the lco but the 1 moa dot by itself is hard for me to pick up. It's also crazy expensive. I got to run a stage with one not my favorite but it does have a great field of view

Now that LCOs are running around 630, I’m thinking about picking one up. For those that have used them extensively, how is the battery life? Have you had to replace batteries yet? I’m skeptical of the 5 year claim.
Also, How does the LCO compare to a T2 in terms of durability?

I've had an LCO on a CZ Scorpion PCC and an AR for a year and a half without changing batteries. Don't know about 5 year battery life. I like the 1 MOA dot for the AR which obviously get used at distance more than the PCC. I prefer the 2.5 MOA dot on the Deltapro for PCCs.
Adjustments are accurate and I've had no problems holding zero.

My experience is similar to Kelly's. LCO/D-EVO combo for well over a year, still running the same battery. Every time I bother to check zero that LCO continues to exceed my expectations for a red dot sight. I've always thought of them as purely for up close work, not to be used for accuracy but even with my stigmatism I can turn the brightness down and get groups that are close to what I get with a scope. If the price is finally coming down I may have to pick up another one for my other guns.
