This is CMMG's New 14.7" M4 barreled upper w/permanent A2 Flash Hider. Permanent A2 flash hider brings overall barrel length to a legal 16". If you want the true "M4" look and feel, this is as close as it gets without NFA paperwork.

This upper comes with M4 handguards.

Standard contour M4 barrel
11 degree recessed target crown
Notched M4 handguard cap
Chrome-lined 5.56mm chamber and bore, 1/7 twist 14.7" barrel.
Parkerizing under F marked forged front sight base
Magnetic particle testing on every barrel.
Barrel is marked CMMG MPC 5.56 NATO 1/7.
