Help me decide on my next build

Well I promised myself and my wife that I wouldn't do it again, but damn. I just bought a MEGA lower and I am working on completing the form 1 for my third SBR. I have narrowed the upper down to a VIS II or URX II and MUR. The only item I can't decide on is barrel. I have a 16 (noveske stainless), 14.5 (Noveske N4), 10.5 (noveske N4 Shorty) and 7.25 (BMI 9mm range toy).
As for my requirements. . . I don't need this rifle to fill a void, but it must be acceptable for duty use. I am familiar with the particulars. I just want to hear what you would build if you didn't have any need (other than feeding the sickness) for another SBR. Thanks for the inspiration.
