If Colt puts the word "LIGHT" in any of the name or marketing. The booger eaters will be lining up to buy it. I'd like to punch Colt's leadership in the dicksack.
What's next a polymer receiver gun?? :stop:

That looks VERY similar to the model that my store got in the other day, except ours had a pinned brake on a 14.5 barrel. Same handguard. If it's the same one, it doesn't appear to be made by Colt, just branded as such. 1/9 barrel.
I knew I'd seen that roll mark somewhere before.

This is a sad situation, boys. :(
Next they'll be making a fukkin Polymer lower.
I think the "LE" has taken on the French flavor...
In other words Le gay carbine.. we we!!! :sarcastic:
WTF Colt.
Now we have dirt shooter grade Colts.
Awesome.
Ugh, that rollmark is BAD.
Screams Walmart-specific SKU
That little ring in the front of the stock is weird.
Other than that. I don't really mind it. Just flip out the rail for a URX or something, and you're good to go.
Heh, they made a Disposable Colt :)
For those that don't know, the hottest and best selling AR out there is the S&W SPORT.
There is a market for this kind of stuff.
The most important part of the gun (the BCG) is just like the ones used in the LE 6920's.
C4
A lot of people really don't need the forward assist or the dust cover. If the BCG is the same as a LE6920 as Grant says it is, it should be GTG for a lot of entry level AR shooters. Just my $0.02 YMMV.
NYH1.
