What 11.5 barrel has proven to be most accurate? If any.
As one might suspect I'm looking for a 11.5" barrel for an sbr build I've recently begun.
I am fully aware that "precision" and "sbr" aren't usually found in the same sentence, but nonetheless, that's what I want to build. Within reason of course, sub 300 yards 90% of the time, 500 yards just for fun around 9%, and I will inevitably be at the 1000 yard range and be like what the hell, you guessed it, maybe 1%.
Purely for fun shooting no hunting. Well hogs maybe.
I've checked out:
○Noveske (non CHF) (w/head spaced bolt since they offer it)
○BCM ss 410 (have 16" version and it's been pretty accurate with most all ammo, haven't shot enough to really test it's potential)
○BCM BFH (would prefer this due to chrome bore)
And others that don't stand out as much.
I will check out centurion but if i remember correctly they are out of my price range. (Sub $375 if at all possible)
If it matters my setup will be
mur upper
noveske billet lower (at engraver now hopefully)
bcm kmr 10"
Some geissele trigger probably
etc etc
