Cannot reply in threads

Hey guys, can anybody help me figure out why I cannot reply to a thread? I am not exactly sure how to contact the admin to ask this thanks!

Which thread? If it's in GD, you don't have enough posts to participate. If it's in EE, nobody can reply to any threads that they themselves didn't start.

What thread are you trying to reply to? Anticipating the most common reasons, you can't post in GD with a post count of <200. You can't post in EE threads at all.

Not the appropriate sub, I'm sure, but can you help me? I re-upped my site sponsorship weeks ago and it has not been updated. I'm now having to delete PM's in order to send new ones. I've messaged Grant, STAFF, and others to no avail.
