Benelli M4 11715, Legal out of the factory box?

I live in the free state of NC and looking at the Benelli M4 11715 =USMC Verison. Is the the Benelli M4 Legal out of the Box? Do I have change out parts to make it 922R Compliance Legal? Since the Benelli M4 11715 comes out of the box 7 round tube and Slide stock.

922R is only a prohibition on the making of something that cannot be imported.
