Check a website like steelsoldiers.com , you may find someone there selling them or keep an eye out there for a military vechicle show in your area. Most have a swap meet type vendors area and someone is usually selling the cans. You can get some good deals on surplus stuff they usually have as much regular gear type surplus for sale as they do vechicle parts/accessories.
