It's called a Dremel tool or hacksaw and file - works great!

Oh yeah... and an update on orders placed from leads on this thread - the Colt 20 rounders from Colt look used and have weak springs but function flawlessly.
The Kesselrings 30 rounders are good to go and have green followers.
