And quit trying to insinuate G&R is doing something wrong- he is starting the auctions off at a normal price and idiots paying what they are paying cannot be called gouging- probably doesn't have enough stock to make it worth his time listing it on his site when he can list it on GB and pay the bills- if you are sitting on almost no inventory it can get hard to make ends meet until things return to normal or whatever normal will be- He told you all to stock up last year so quit your bitching.

Which is none of your business. But since you feel the need to bring it up, I will chime in. He doesn't have sufficient stock for a lot of orders. In many cases they are ones and twos. In addition he does not have real time inventory. So rather than have to refund money and deal with all the associated hassles he lists them elsewhere.

Don't forget that he too has a business to run and when he doesn't have inventory he doesn't make money. The bills keep coming however.

Dealer's web site states "Out of Stock" yet lists it here. A BCM lower is $380 on their site but has a "Buy Now" price on gunbroker of $899.

I don't think anybody is insinuating that Grant is doing anything wrong. I was merely stating the dealer that is behind those gun broker auctions. If anything, knowing you are buying from a very well respected dealer should help him sell more product on there.

Agreed, this thread has helped me grab a lower and all the goods to go in it but I am still in need of the BCG and a good quality upper.

I back-ordered one from Brownells. They are the only place I have found that does it, otherwise you are rolling the dice waiting for one to pop up.
