Holster for LEO Plainclothes

I work plainclothes on my PD's gang unit and have done so for the past several years. Get him the Safariland 6378:http://www.safariland.com/DutyGear/p....aspx?pid=6378 which comes with both the belt slide attachment and the paddle. Tell him to toss the paddle in the trash. I would never use a paddle on the street from any manufacturer.

The 6378 is about the same size as the SLURPA. Only slightly larger.

That's the one I was recommending....great holster.

I use ALS or Raven Concealment depending on whether I need additional retention for the task at hand.

Didn't realize they made a more concealable ALS. This is what I was hoping to find 6378. I will go look at one and talk to the guys about them. It looks perfect for the Ass't Chief and I'll see about my buddy who is the Fed and really wants it for flying and driving from MT to the border states.
