Terror stabbing attack London Bridge

Not a whole lot of info on it right now. It appears a guy with a fake suicide bomb vest started stabbing people on the bridge and was shot and killed by London police.

They are saying that he was first subdued by a group of folks who were passersby on the bridge.
I think it's going to be a lone lunatic rather than a concerted group effort.
