That is my USPSA rig actually (for other Combat Precision guns). The owner does allot of IDPA but we chose to use my rig since it featured the gun well and kept pretty much with the competitive shooting theme.

Ah, man! I hate you.

I've wanted a CQB for a couple years now, but I have to shoot my TRP to death first. The TRP isn't cooperating with the plan.

Springfield 1911s are hard to kill. I have run my lightweight for about 10 years as a weekly shooter. I have gone through 2 barrels a few springs and 2 match barrel bushings but everything else still runs like new, in fact its even smoother now than it ever has been.
