Possibly bullet setback when round feeds from Mag.
That’ll Jack pressures up.

Check your case tension.
Taper crimp isn’t sufficient to prevent setback.

Used to have that problem with Rem/UMC brass.
Case walls were thinner than most.
Don’t know if that’s still a concern.

FIW I use Starline brass in Super.
Never any problems.
