The commander has a more rounded carry bevel at the muzzle and dust cover, and the slide serrations do not appear to be as sharp as the Elite Commando:
I know, I know... I need to clean them both!

Colt Gov't Model 1911 U.S Army Contract
SN places Manufacture between Jan. 1913 to Aug. 19, 1913
Brought to gunsmith VERY little rust (2 places under grips)
Almost all Original GI Issue (Trigger, Barrel, Spring and 1 Grip Screw non-issue).
I think it even has 1 Orig. Mag but not sure.
Given to me as a present from my best friend in the world. This is one gun I told my wife that will NEVER be sold no matter what our finances are.
