I’m looking really hard at their complete lower to match with a BCM 14.5 middy. It’s between Spikes and Sionics.

My buddy owns both. I'd hands down pick Sionics. Some of the Spikes seem tight with PMAGs.

Sionics had a killer deal on a pistol for Black Friday. Do they have like sales any other time of the year?

Lol I believe Sionics is on par with just about any no frills AR.

They are a working gun. It a boutique gun IMO.

I am very happy with my lowers and need to get a reduced gas port barrel from them.

We won't be selling anymore stripped lowers for the foreseeable future. But, I would keep an eye on the website for something new coming up.

I'm so glad I picked up the 6 I have when I did at $65.

For the guys here with experience, is Sionics a step above BCM in terms of quality and durability or are the on par with each other?

I have used barrels from both companies. I wouldn't pay the extra for BCM, and I don't see them as being better than Sionics, either. Not that they are a bad product, just not worth the extra money, nor do I see them as better in any meaningful way as a general use rifle.

I know y'all have been asking about Stripped receivers. We have made a decision to halt all stripped lower sales for the time being.

That being said, we just put up what we refer to as the Gutless Wonder on the website.

Its a lower with the extension, bolt catch, trigger guard, pivot pin and take down pin installed. For guys who lack the tools to properly install these items its perfect for a custom build.

I never need to buy another lower from anyone else now. I wish there was a standard option for the FCD upgrades, but I know for sure I could call them up.

Got an email today, my new upper and parts kit is on it's way. I should see it Mon.
I was told 4 to 6 weeks when I placed the order 3 weeks ago.
