Help finding this handguard

At a carbine class yesterday, a fellow student let me shoot his tricked-out AR. I really liked the fore-end he had, but forgot to ask him who made it. it's very slim and has a full rail on top, some rail on bottom and none on the side. Can anyone help me find this piece?
