I have a Sidearmor rail on mine M4 SBS, but I picked the short top rail with the attachable side saddle. I also have the 2 shot horizontal saddle for doing emergency reloads.

Originally I had ordered the long rail with the rail system on the sides. When I got it I realized that if I wanted to install the Surefire railed handguard system I would end up having 2 rows of rails on the sides. So I ended up returning that long rail system and installing the short one with the side saddle and I kept the 2 shot horizontal saddle.

I have to say that I do like the system, but to be honest it's not the lightest system, especially if you install their long rail.

If I wasn't running this I would be running a velcro side saddle system. I thing being able to peel off an empty saddle and just lap a new one is a great system that screams versatility with different ammo. All one needs is to carry a few extra saddle cards and your good to go.

I was just a regular 0311 trigger puller and I can tell you that ounces matter at the end of the day. The less shit you've got bolted on your kit the better.

    Just my opinion.

IMO, add a sling and my Velcro on side saddles and you've got a good basic fighting shotty here, although both are bullet-magnet-Black which a couple cans of Aervoe would fix.

In my opinion the best magazine is a CarrierComp Titanium Magazine Tube: http://www.shop.carriercomp.com/cate...c?categoryId=4

For $189. Don't forget when you add a magazine, 922(r) comes into play. Everything you need to know about 922(r) and a Benelli M4: http://freedomfightertactical.com/922r-faq/

Yeah, that damned 922r, had to spent some extra scratch to get more parts to comply. Granted the bolt/charging handle was almost a necessity. With the FFT bolt handle and the Carrier Comp mag tube both being titanium and lighter than the OEM parts, it does cut off a few ounces, though not many.
