Thanks guys, but as lebowski so eloquently eluded to, at this point this thread doesn't serve much more than to simply inform the M4C community that the new GA rails are finally ready.

I will answer all the questions above very soon, and will try my best to get any future ones answered as quickly as possible. Ultimately receiving this rail was a total surprise, and I'm not going to build with used parts around these brand new rails so I had to order MURs, another barrel, and a few other things in order to get these built up.

I'm pretty sure that m4carbine.net is actually a great big paid advertisement, and that's OK, that's how we get most of our info.

When it's quality information and quality products, I have no issue with someone putting it out there.

There's a big difference between shilling crap and letting people know what's new and exciting from a very respected, supportive industry vet and member of our community. Bill Geissele more than fits that bill.

Bill builds great stuff hands down. Most of it stemmed from doing things for the Dept of Defense. This rail is a product of their HK416 rail request for Special Forces. I believe that's free marketing right there. Proven pays for itself.

I like the rail design and as it is made by Geissele I am sure it is top quality but do not care for the little set screws used for anti-rotation.

Yup, I just like disclosure. I have no doubt that this is quality kit.

For review pictures, I suggest you not blow out the highlights and make a matte rail look glossy.

I didn't get that at first because I hadn't seen the video. Once I watched the vid it made sense and I got a laugh out of it. I pictured him with face paint and all.
