Mike K,
Got a closer look at my buddy's Troy rifle. It definitely is marked SDI and not SD1 like I previously mentioned. Did a Google search on Sabre's BCGs and did not come up with a good pic. Does SDI markings make it a Sabre BCG?
Also the rumor about Del Ton being the maker of these guns is just that until definite proof. So be careful about the rumor spread.

I just read an artical in rifle firepower magazine about this rifle. And these rifles are not made by delton. Troy now manufactures ARs and suppressors. The lower in the artical was actually rolled safe semi and auto but was pulled off the the line at Troy's plant before the machining for the sear was done.
This thread is the only place I have ever even heard talk of these being made by Delton.
My guess would be whoever started this rumor probably owns a Delton.
Delton equips one of their rifles with similar gear (not even that similar, just Troy) but it's not even close really. As if Troy would ever have a wreck of a company like Delton produce something for them.
