I find it scary that ICE/DHS is issued the same equipment/body armor, (just a different color) than what I was issued to fight in Afghanistan.

There is no doubt that the current azimuth is headed for a convergence of MIL/LEO environment. Creating a culture & battlefield environment in America similar to Israel. Tons of Constitutional, due process issues forthcoming etc.

Rather than be proactive, we are continuing to be reactionary again.
Letting in UDA's, enticing their vote when they can't even afford insurance or are paying taxes is reactionary. It drives up prices for real working Americans who actually have to afford insurance etc. Continuing to kick the can down the road.

Is the CQ the 29" Barrel? That is what I have been looking at.....But I will most likley go with differant scope.......maybe an reflex sight.

My choice would be a Ithaca Mag-10 "Road Blocker"

While the Ithaca like all shotguns would be a close range proposition with the proper slugs the 10 gauge would chew up a standard car/truck at close contact range.
We are all inclined to judge ourselves by our ideals; others, by their acts.

It seems most of you have a separate location to bug out to if the need arises. Could you please elaborate on a couple details concerning your bug out location...specifically how far is your bug out location from your home?

The reason I ask is because the closest bug out location for me is my brothers house which is a 3 hour drive away (175miles). Should I not even consider this to be a valid option for me?
