Which LC 5.56 load had the primer stakes?

I just bought a box of 2012 XM193f at Cabelas and it didn't have the stakes.

I have 2011 LC with stakes at home. There's some sort of Cornspiracy going on here!

I just bought 2k rounds of LC M855 bulk. It does not have the stakes and has a 12 on the head of the brass. Maybe the staking was not as reliable as they hoped it would be...

I doubt it. The staking was fine. It probably was just overrun brass that they ran 855a1 with.
