Storage
Yes, I did a search.
I have a few crates of 5.45x39 russian surplus in the spam cans and they're taking up too much room in the house. Wondering if they'd be ok in the outbuilding. I figure they would, no telling how they've been treated before I got them.
I have an air conditioner out there for summer but I only use it when I'm in there working on something. A kerosene heater for winter but only when I go out there (haven't tried that yet since the building went up this summer, it's 40x30).
Where I live it goes from 0 to 105 degrees.
I've been picking up 5.56x45 on sale and have a large quantity of it also and wonder if it would be ok out there. Been trying to stockpile so I'll have something to shoot when I retire, I won't have as much money and ammunition will likely be more expensive.

I ended up storing some ammo for the better part of five years while I was in Germany in an area similar to your shed (mine was under a workshop). It was unboxed and put away in standard ammo cans with desiccant packs. Still shoots fine and looked just like it did the day I packed it away when I opened it last fall. I wouldn't imagine spam cans to be any worse since they are sealed.
ETA: Here's the link of what the ammo and firearms looked like after 5 years:

And how I tend to prepare all my ammo now:
