The OP had apparently been given the run-around on this issue. Regardless if your contacting BCM did anything or not, it's certainly a different approach than BCM has had in the past to these kinds of things. I was being hopeful that this is not the case.
But anyway, hopefully this all gets sorted out and the OP is happy.
