    In addition to the above info, you need to ensure the gas system is good. Does the action reliability lock open after the last round is fired?

    1. Lube BCG well.
    2. Test for short stroking. If it doesn't pass this test don't proceed to 3 until it does.
    3. Test for positive ejection. If weak pull ejector and spring, clean out ejector channel in the bolt install new ejector spring and reassemble.

    Thanks everyone. Got to the range today with a known good BCG to borrow parts from and when I swapped ejector springs problem went away.
