Yes. It is a military thing (more specifically can be traced back to Nautical use). I saw a bunch of friends that are .Mil using this as their new pic on FB and other websites.

The above article and the county-map posted below convince me that this election was not in ay way legitimate. (The map is 2008, but county map for 2012 is not available yet--the one Warpig posted earlier in this thread and some others have reposted is actually from 2004.)
It was FRAUD that won the election.
All the libs had to do was take over some polling places in some of these Spigot Cities in each battleground state and then make sure they pack enough fake ballots in to outnumber all the republicans who turn out and then it doesn't matter what Republican voters do. I have never gotten a sense the Democrat turnout was very electrified for this election compared to the Republicans and this was true in poll after poll after poll. Therfore, this heavy turnout for Dems, I suspect, is all fraud. Obama is a community organizer. What is that? Someone responsible along with ACORN, etc for cheating in elections. I also think this was why Obama was so lazy in the first debate--he already knew he had it in the bag. Obama congratulated Putin and Chavez for similar elections they just hadd--that were also won by cheating--and he has now done the same. He also told his supporters not to worry if exit polls said Romney was ahead.
The biggest fraud of all is that so many on our side and of the American people believe the results to be legitimate.

Tinfoilf hat? maybe, but sometimes there really are conspiracies. It's like FDR saud, there's no such thing as a coincidence in politics. Furthermore, according to Occum's Razor, I think this actually IS the simplest explanation; I do not think it simple to see so many people struggling in this abysmal economy and then turn around and vote for Obama.

Look at my beautiful, 100% red state of Oklahoma. The tide may be turning blue, but it will take a LONG time for it to wash over us Okies!
