While perusing their new website I saw their new scope mount. It looks pretty nice. They only show a 1", but the weight (2.98 oz.) and the way the ring halves interconnect caught my eye.

    Very cool.

Thanks guys for posting both videos.

I'm really curious to see how lowers go from raw material to forgings.

    Flame Suit On

I saw this thread and a few vids and just thought about how everyone always says that airsoft shit is junk. Well, I agree with you 99% of the time.

But what do you guys think about this? The only differences I know of is that they use a airsoft specs (trigger box, ID of outer barrel, BCG, etc) and I believe 6061 T6 instead of 7071 T6. But everything else (barrel nut, rail dimensions, body dimensions, buffer tube) is made to real dimensions (Don't wanna say mil-spec cause I'll get flamed, but mil-spec).

Anyways, I just thought it was nice to see some people stepping up their game. Also, if you didn't notice/watch, they backwards engineered a SR-16.

Bump, I don't think anyone saw my post. Anyways, just want to see what anyone thinks. I don't know that much about machining/forging/etc.

I really like Mega lowers, too. Even though the billet uppers and lowers are a bit pricey, those monolithic uppers have been calling my name for a long time. Maybe in a 7.62N one day.
+1 on the monolithic uppers... Someday.

    People saw it, for sure.
No one cares to comment because this is NOT an airsoft forum.
