I got an order receipt from them on the 14th and my stuff was waiting for me by the time I got home on the 19th. It may have come sooner (I came back from college, several hours away - I hadn't been gone for just the day), but it was no longer than that.

No problem. I sent my pants back today to swap to a 32L with their included form so we'll see how long that takes. Nice stuff though.

I like ProMotive, but it's nice to know that I can work a return/exchange if I need to. Can't do that with ProMotive, though it hasn't been a problem, to date.

Does anyone find that the fit "baggy" in the legs? Like a little too much room?

Also, the Phantom LT is way better than the regular pant. I see no reason to wear the normal pant at this price.

Yeah I run a 32 or 34 inseam usually but these seemed long even for a 34. I'm exchanging mine for a 32 which should be about perfect with some boots.

I wear a 32 normally, I am going to exchange these for a 30, that way they wont bunch as much in duty boots. I love the Phantom, especially in the dark brown. I may tack on another pair to my order.

Yeah I was a bit surprised at how much room there was, like in the thigh area. I didn't pay too much attention to their fit though, since I had already decided to exchange that pair. They definitely do seem to be awesome for their intended purpose of low profile but still very functional.

I really like the thicker fabric when it's cold. I have a few pair in both fabrics for different seasons.
