Does anyone make this rifle?

I want...

1. 30-06
2. Stainless
3. Synthetic stock
4. Iron Sights
5. Durable
6. Not outrageously pricey (Blaser, etc).
7. 3-5 round capacity. Internal magazine, no removable mags.

I can deal with it not being stainless, but I need the rest.

4-6 out of 7, depending on your idea of durable and not expensive. Might be tough to find in the States though... don't know if Beretta imports this one regularly or not.

ETA: Oops, now I see it's a detachable mag. Sorry... tried.

Tikka rifles are all detachable mags. If that's the only hold out, I'd cast that to the side.

I've owned a Tikka Whitetail Hunter before and miss it dearly. Loved the detachable mag.

Yeah, I've never shot a Tikka but on the recommendation of a friend that hunts rough country with one, I would pick one up for sure if I had a need. Seems a fine shooter for not a terrible amount of money.

This is the way I'd go. First two you would have to have sights installed and the last one is a laminate with SS & sights. If you really want irons I'd prefer to have an aperture sight installed over open sights anyway. These are about as tough as it gets without going custom.

Number two is what I want...but no sights. I suspect getting a set installed would cost 1/2 as much as the gun. It seems insane that nobody makes this gun.

I may end up going that route. We shall see.

At an LGS there is Savage 110 in 30-06 with iron sights, 4 or 5 round internal mag, $475. It is not stainless and has a wooden stock but those can be easily changed out. What i dont know is what Savage's durability is. For someone like me who shoots bolt actions a few times a year and less then a 100 rounds Savage is fine (i own a Ruger M77 30-06)

It won't be cheap, but it won't be half the price of the rifle either (I don't think). If the irons are imp to you then why not have the exact irons you want?

I know some sights are aluminum, some are steel and really just pot metal and some are good steel (so the errornet says YMMV) so you might do some research on materials also.
