101 holsters sell pmag carriers that have tek loks attached to them. They are pretty slim as opposed to the bladetech ones which I find to be a little too bulky.

The safariland 774s are awesome but they're are so many vendors that do not sell them as complete kits *belt attachment included. Don't buy them from opticsplanet whatever you do.

My only concern with some of these is they seem slightly shallow. How well do they retain the mags while running and maneuvering?

The Safariland model has a screw that you can use to adjust the tension on it although I've never had to play with it much to keep a pmag securely in software blog link

Any of the mentioned pouches seem a little short. Idk if its my mind playing tricks on me or what.

By the photo on their sight, the comp-tac has an aggressive cant to it. Is that the way the finished product is? And does it help or hinder you?
I shaved my gasblock for this?

The "blade-tech" pouches I use certainly do:

The ones I have are marked "Brownells", but they're Blade-Tech built injection molded pouches with the Tek-Lok on them. I've used them in 3-gun quite a bit and never had a magazine come out without me tugging on it. Even a fully loaded P-mag with an 18 round extension stayed in while hauling @$$ through a stage. I've run P-Mags and GI Mags in the pouch without issue and they were great to have when I was experimenting because you could put the magazines in bullets pointing forward or backwards
