I don't know what set up you are using, but I am fairly certain your gun will run that H4. Call me silly.

I think I am running an H3 with green Springco in my Colt 6920/BCM hybrid carbine and it runs like a champ.

I also run the H4 in my 11.5" and 12.5" unsuppressed and suppressed. 100% reliability.

Will report back when I can. In any case with M193 I still have way more gas than I need.

You're right. M193 ejects at 230 about 6 feet and PMC ejects at 430 about 10 feet. Gas in my face is reduced. I bought a gas vent but haven't put it on yet. With PMC it's no longer obnoxious. Next time I'm going to use a smaller port and may stay with a carbine extension and use an X-buffer. I suspect that the AAC Ranger 2 has more backpressure than other cans.

Why? Historically the Ranger has effectively been a thread on version of one of their other baffle stacks.

The only can I've ever seen that had a noteably different back pressure was that TAC-16 piece of shit. That thing would blacken the shooters trigger finger on his AR because it puked back so much gas.

We've shot this sucker 3 weeks in a row and it's a squad favorite weapon. Suppressed and about the smoothest running gun in the rotation.

It's easy to love a suppressed SBR that's optimally gassed.

We were just hammering the steel at 15 yards with varmint grenades... as fast as the trigger could be pulled.
