    Carbine barrel/gas with rile stock/buffer

I am looking at assembling/completing some items froms parts I have on hand.

I have a stripped upper, upper parts kit, mimi gas block, clamp on front sight, eifle hand guards, and m4 profile 16 inch barrel,

    and a completed rifle lower.

I can make a rifle with dissy type upper.

This is not a combo I have experience with.
For those that do, please ler me know what you think.

I also have a xomplere pistol lower,
I am leaning towards a DD 10.3 barrel. My other option is a great deal on a 7.5 barrel. Do any of you have both and what is your preference? Thank you.

The gas system and the buffer system are independent of each other.

As long as you have the full system(rifle buffer, rifle spring, rifle receiver extension) you can run it on any gun.

thank you, yes, aside from running more specifically I meant does anyone have this set up, like how it shoots, etc. My plan for it was an 18inch rifle gas barrel, but i do not have one on hand.

rifle lower on carbine gas upper works very well. I think you'll like it...
