Funny you should ask, as I have a Pocket Pro II sitting right next to the computer.

Switch to a Mac. You won't feel the desire to shoot at your computer nearly as much. Though I applaud your desire to make it a valid training event by tracking your results with a timer.

For those who are IPOD users a guy on the Enos forums made a series of par time beeps that you can download into the IPOD for dry practice (coming out of the holster, or mag changes). It's a "loop" of 10 timer sequences, 1.5 second par-time, 5 seconds apart. It's pretty cool.
