15 shots from three different AKs. All shot from the prone, resting on a pack, at 100 yards using the same magazine, loaded with 124 gr FMJBT Golden Tiger.
The black square is 3"x3".
The top group is from my M92 with a PA microdot. The 5 in a horizontal line below the black are from my MAK-90 using iron sights. The cluster at the bottom is from my OPAP.
While the optics give the M92 an advantage, it still has 6" less barrel.
Conclusion (from a brief and unscientific test), the M92 can hold it's own against the standard length barrels.
