Class III paperwork for Scorpion

I've acquired the parts necessary to re-attach a shoulder stock to a Czech Scorpion, making it a short barreled rifle.
I dealt with another Class III dealer doing an SBR on another occasion, but that dealership is not of much help now.
Is there a Class III dealership in the Western Pennsylvania area that someone can recommend?
