Something I've learned over the years is that when a manufacturer's name is a generic name that cannot be used to effectively search for their product(s), is missing or even hidden, it is best to pass on their product(s).
I found out who makes 'em... RWB.. here's a shot of one open:

My local gun shop got a crap ton of these in. They feel too light to me, feel really cheap. The hands on I've had with them I was not impressed. I have a High Standard lower receiver. The magazines do NOT fall free, in fact it takes a good amount of force to remove them from the mag well. The "covers" for the top of the magazine are so flimsy you can literally twist them and they wont break. Ill do a write up of one if there is sufficient interest in me doing one. PM or post here if you want me to, Ill go and get one tomorrow and do a write up.

I would avoid these mags. They sound pretty crappy to me
Funny you mention that they don't drop free. LGS has tub full of 'em and has it labeled "non free dropping" mags.
The top of these magazines and the base plates are identical to the latest incarnation of Command Arms Accessories magazines as the contain the same casting marks and labeling. They do not represent much of a value as they are much more than a comparable P-MAG. CAA stuff has always been synonymous with crap although I am sure someone is going to pipe about how the IMI is buying CAA mags now. If the old Orlite mags are any indication, the magazine used by the Israelis shouldn't be guiding anyone's purchase decisions.
