Need someone to install a synthetic stock on my Model 70 Ranger

    Hey guys,

I have an early 90s Model 70 ranger in 30-06 with floorplate. It is really a great rifle. But I really want to replace the cheesy wood stock with a lightweight synthetic number. Since I think it is a lightweight or featherweight barrel I am a little concerned about buying a used synthetic stock off ebay. What do you recommend? Is there a shop I could send it to? I would also like the trigger to be brought down to about 3 pounds.

Stick with known stock makers and they should have what you want. Hogue hasa nice selection.

Since your a looking for trigger work also let the GS know what your looking for I'm sure he'll take your money if your willing. This way you'll get done how you wsnt.
