Troy Micro Sights on standard AR?

Is anyone using the Troy Micro flip BUIS on a standard AR? Just wondering if they were too low to use. I like the micro Aimpoint HK mount on a standard AR and was thinking these might be a good combo.

I've been wondering about this as well. I'm very interested in hearing opinions on the subject.

I guess I'll be the test dummy.

If the micro sights work it would change my mind on optics choice.

I'm thinking about using the Troy Micros along with an Aimpoint T-1 mounted on either the LT661 (Short), the LT660HK, or the LT751 (absolute co-witness height). Doing a little thinking outside the box here but I'd like to get the Aimpoint mounted as low as possible and still be able to use the irons through it if necessary. They'll be folded out of the way most of the time though.

Here are two of the mounts I'm considering. Couldn't find a pic of the LT661 (Short) but it's even lower.

    LT660HK

    LT751

The 660 is the tall mount.... I believe the 661 is the shorty.

    Here it is Phil.....

    Talking with Troy.....the Micro's will do a 1/3 co-witness with the 660HK and full with the 751.

I am doing option # 3 in the picture below on my SBR upper when I get it.

You are correct. My mistake. Post edited to reflect that.

Thanks for posting that photo. I hadn't seen it before (where'd you find it?). I wonder if you could get an UPPER 1/3 co-witness with the Troy Micros in the LT661 (Short) mount? I know that's rather unconventional, but if the irons were going to be folded out of the way most of the time, it seems like it'd allow for you to have the red dot as low as possible on the gun and would still let you use the irons if needed. Especially with the Bindon sighting principle in play.
