Some areas forecast to receive 30+ inches. Hope everyone makes it through OK. Doing anything special ahead of the storm? Please update when possible and let us know how things are on the ground.

I put gas in the snow thrower, changed the oil and pumped up the tires. We might get some but I don't think it'll be a ton here, but ya never know with weather... (Kennett Square, PA)
Oh and changed the oil in the new 20KW generator

I got a new truck 2 years ago, it came with a plow that I have used in excess of 5 times now.

Good that its only going to slide swipe us with 3 to 6 inches but let it snow in Boston! Never liked any of their sport teams anyway.
We are all inclined to judge ourselves by our ideals; others, by their acts.
ugh, i hate the snow. im stuck on an overnight plow crew for NYS. OT is nice for a change tho.
In the NE, two feet of snow is considered a "historic blizzard". In Colorado, it'd be a tiny down payment on much overdue snow in a Winter that seems more like a nice Spring day.
I hope everyone is OK. Safe and warm. Hope you guys keep your power.
Its 62° here tomorrow, AC is on now.
I'm right in the middle of the heavy snow band. The snow isn't the issue in my immediate area as much as the high wind and subsequent power outage.
Vehicles and generator are fueled, sandwich fixings and beer purchased, batteries and candles on hand, and movies loaded on the iPads.
I suspect I'll spend the weekend helping the fiancée with post-storm small and large animal emergencies.
