Which works better in your opinion at 12 o clock position the WML or the APL?

i prefer the momentary-on only switch of the WML for a carbine, so for me, it's the WML.

I just want to thank you for doing this.

One further question, if its not too much trouble could you drop in a red line showing the top of a standard height FSP?

    Thanks,

    Chris

I appreciate the information posted by all, including Military Moron.

Simple question, for those with time using the APL, do you think it's rugged enough for duty usage?

I've been using a X300 on an M&P as a Uniform LEO for a while. A DG switch is not an option by Depatrmental policy. The stock Surefire switch isn't the best for me, especially one handed, for reasons already mentioned. The APL looks like it would work better for me in that area.

But the Surefire is proven to be rugged. Lets face it, sometimes in the real world we tend to bang into things. Is the APL comparable to the X300 as to it's ruggedness?

I am going to beat a couple of them up at an upcoming VTAC StreetFighter class. I think they are rugged little lights. I have replaced 2 TLR-3's with them.

Ran 2 through Street Fighter. Both on M&P9s. Both saw getting beat around cars, pressed through windshields, and no issues.

FWIW. Sample set of 2. I like them though.
