Adding Side Sling Mount to LMT M4?

I have an LMT M4 on the way. What's the easiest way to add a side sling mount to the front? I can't use a rail adapter as it will have the M4 handguards. I just sold a Rock River that had both a side and bottom mount and the side mount looked like an adapter around the barrel that fit under the FSB. Who makes that? Any problems or better ideas?

I took mine off of my RRA and put it on an LMT.

You can buy one at Del-Ton though. Very easy to install. Easiest method is to wrap the jaws of a pair of pliers with tape and to press them on. Forget fiddling with punches with this one.
