Unfortunately, there will be delays. The last shipment was batch-tested (contract called for individual inspection), and several of the activation assemblies were improperly-staked.

Did you go the tungsten route? I heard that material is hard to stake properly.

Part of the reason I put my course together is to prevent this kind of ignorance from being perpetuated. Some people don't even take the time to think for a minute as to why some things are designed a certain way.

This example is the perfect poster child for that.

Grant, he never mentioned he was into reloading, did he?

Because if you hear a loud noise in the distance, it might be him.

Ok, so I'm newbie (but learning) to the AR and looking at that picture I couldn't figure out what's wrong except mine doesn't look like that....Honestly thinking out loud what did he screw up? Obviously the dremel part, but what was he trying to do?

Opened the safe, grab Noveske (saved for a year), checked condition safe, rear pin out, tilt it open pull out charging handle with bolt carrier....Ahhhh forgot about the carrier WOW now I get it. Mine GTG, but honestly won't feel comfortable with the platform until I get to a class or two, but feel better being promoted to Noob #2.

How long does it take to cut a cam pin with a dremel?
