    Old Colt 6920 Barrel Twist

I owned a Colt 6920 marked LEO only in 1995-1998. It had the M4 profile barrel.

I cannot find my old rifle data book for the carbine. Did the older 6920 have a 1:7 or 1:9 twist barrel?

To the best of my knowledge all Colt 6920's have been 1/7. The only 1/9 twist ones were the old HBAR's and some of their wonky stuff.

I'm guessing you no longer have it? It should be marked something like C MP 1/7 NATO 5.56

I sold it several years ago. I know what shot well out of it, but I cannot find my rifle data book to verify barrel twist rate.

My 6920 LEM4 has a 1n7 and my MT6700 (Match Target Comp) HBAR is a 1n9 as the member said above.
