I would say Robb at Virginia Arms, but I am not sure if they offer it. ADCO will do it and they have the entire price menu on their website.

I don't, I'd recommend ADCO as well.

BCM sure doesn't do it. I just asked them two days ago, I just thought I would ask and skip the middle man. I was recommended to ADCO who looks professional and has good prices. I instead bought a 20" BCM A4 upper with taper pinned "F" fsb.
Ps. It was more cost effective in my needs to just buy the BCM upper than buy a BCM barrel send it off for non-F FSB then get it back and put it on a A2. so I just bought a A4 setup and now im going to buy a BCM A2 carry handle.
