I have a BCM middie upper, recently acquired.
I am running an LMT BCG and CH in it, on an LMT lower.
The H buffer seems to be a bit heavy, so I am using a standard CAR buffer to ensure consistent bolt lock on empty mags.
Shoots 10 into about 2 MOA with a 4x optic, M193, from a magazine-supported prone.
Fit and finish (if you care) is excellent. The finish is a bit more "black" than an LMT lower.
Zero function issues in about 500 rounds, which is inconclusive as to reliability.
Since there is no LMT offering in the same category, there is no "apples to apples" comparison possible. FWIW- it shoots every bit as well as my 14.5 LMT, but have not done dedicated accuracy testing between the two.

Paul Buffoni, owner of BCM, has not been able to acquire steel the will meet the TDP for his barrels. He is one of those old fashioned guys who refuses to produce an upper that doesn't meet TDP (and his) standards. When he does solve his supply problems, his uppers will be hard to beat, especially given his attractive price point.

Very high quality and one of the top uppers on the market. The only down side to them is that they are not available currently.
