    Fun series. Fun to watch. And congrats to the Red Sox.

    Though it was hard to top the game against Detroit when Ortiz nailed that grand slam.

    As a Reds fan it makes me happy to see St. Louis lose. Congrats to the Sox. From last place in 2012 to World Series champs in 2013 is damn impressive.
    Not sure about you guys, but I'm only here for the free food and open bar.

    We deserved to lose in STL. We played a terrible series and I am surprised it got all the way to game 6. We were out played in every regard by Boston and they deserved to win.

    I think I turned the TV off about the 6th inning last night and listened to the rest on AM radio in my shop.

    I dunno. I was expecting it to go to game 6 or 7.
    It was a great Series.

    This is the only thing that makes me regret leaving Boston (OK, Brookline).
    The advice above is worth exactly what you paid for it.

    The politics and lack of jobs drove me out of New England, but I still wear my Sox hat with pride! (and carry everywhere in case some crazy Phillies fan tries to kill me because of it ) Way to go, Red Sox!!!

    As a sox fan, I have to tip my cap to the Cards starting pitching. Despite the loss, they really kept the Sox quiet. Until game 5 it seemed like almost everyone was hitting .200. That's not like the Red Sox. It was a great series.

    How long until pitchers and catchers report?
