I have one of these. if you get the finish wet and wipe it it does this.

I had one and sold it a while back. It was one of the Task Force Dagger one and it just sat in the safe.
They are made of 3v steel which is tough as hell, DLC coated IIRC, and pretty damn light. Felt good in your hand.
That one looks new to me.

I have one of these as well and the one above looks good to go. I love this knife even though it doesn't get used much.
